There is a growing interest not only of foreign or multinational companies in new acquisitions, but also the offer of companies for sale, especially in the medium-sized company segment.
How can we help?
In the so-called “purchase mandate” for our clients we will earmark and recommend a suitable company for takeover, but will also draw up the company’s evaluation or set the overall acquisition strategy. We can negotiate the takeover of a company at all stages right up to the closing of the transaction. We also represent the owner in the sale of a company or its part based on a “sales mandate” from the preparation of the information memorandum and further documents, search and contact of strategic or financial investors to holding talks with selected interested parties and the closing of the transaction. Part of this sphere of services is also MBO or MBI operations.
We have already implemented many types of company transformations for our clients – mergers, divisions, split-offs or other restructuring. Therefore we know how important it is to take care not just of the actual strategy, but also the project management of the entire transformation in close cooperation with tax advisors and lawyers.
