We would like to inform you that, effective October 1, 2026, BDO Czech Republic s.r.o., ID No.: 264 02 220, with its registered office at Nádražní 344/23, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 168717 (“BDO Czech Republic”), and BDO Euro-Trend s.r.o., ID No.: 615 00 542, with its registered office at V parku 2316/12, Chodov, 148 00 Prague, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 30676 (“BDO Euro-Trend”).
As a result of the merger, BDO Euro-Trend, as the dissolving company, will be dissolved, and all of its assets will be transferred to BDO Czech Republic as its legal successor. The effective date of the merger is October 1, 2026, and the legal effects of the merger are scheduled to take effect on that same date.
