Preference is given to companies specialising in technical solutions for the protection of buildings, industrial facilities or infrastructure, with strong technical capabilities and experience in supplying commercial, industrial or public-sector properties.

The investor has financial resources available and is prepared to actively invest in the further development of the target company. The aim is to build on an established and well-functioning business and support its further expansion, potentially growing it to several times its current size.

• The target company should generate annual revenue of at least CZK 50 million.
