The investor has financial resources available and is prepared to actively invest in the further development of the target company. The aim is to build on an established and well-functioning business and support its further expansion, potentially growing it to several times its current size.

• The target company should generate annual revenue of at least CZK 100 million.
• The company should operate in the packaging solutions segment, serving industrial, retail, food or other commercial customers.
