BDO has appointed three new partners.

The management of the Czech consulting company BDO is expanding with three new partners from October. Jiří Sedláček is an auditor and real estate specialist, Monika Lodrová specialises in personal income tax and cross-border employment, and Petr Linx in value added tax. The appointment of the new partners shows the firm's commitment to continue to grow and strengthen the firm's leadership with individuals who care about the success of BDO today and in the future.

"A healthy firm needs to nurture and attract new partners to its leadership to retain talented staff, grow meaningfully, meet the need for succession and enrich the skill set of the existing partnership. It is important to us that the BDO brand remains synonymous with success, integrity and quality as we hand over our role in managing it to a new generation. We are therefore looking for individuals who will feel co-responsible for the company's development, contribute to the execution of the company-wide strategy and live the company's values," comments Petr Slavíček, Chairman of the Board of BDO in the Czech Republic, on the expansion of BDO's partner base.

The personality of the candidates, their loyalty and high work motivation, personal integrity, ability to work as a team, as well as superior technical knowledge, management skills and their successful application in practice, as defined by the partners in the BDO Constitution, played a role in the selection of new partners.
