Kamil Vaniš

Kamil is a partner at BDO in the Strategy & Operations Advisory department, where he has been working since 2021. He provides management consulting services focused on transformations and M&A. Within multidisciplinary projects, he specializes in financial management, controlling, and strategic business development. Typical clients come from the engineering, construction, automotive, real estate, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Besides management consulting, he has experience as an international supply chain manager, interim commercial director, and financial director in engineering. Kamil graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
