Jitka Fanturová

Jitka has more than 25 years of experience in audits and has extensive knowledge of both local (Czech GAAP) and international (IFRS, HBI and HB II) accounting standards.

She regularly manages and performs the audit engagements of local companies and subsidiaries of multinational, particularly German and Austrian firms operating on the Czech market. Her experience covers legal audit mandates, due diligence and audit and consulting mandates within merger and acquisition deals.

She is Certified Auditor (KA ČR).
