What is a Circular Audit?

  • Analysis of the company's operations focused on the efficient use of materials, raw materials and energy according to the principles of circular economy.

Objectives

  • Identification of opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste and CO₂ emissions, better use of secondary raw materials. 
  • Proposing measures leading to savings and a more sustainable operation of the company.

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises with operations outside Prague
  • Manufacturing and processing companies (plastics, metals, textiles, wood, paper)

  1. Initial consultation free of charge – assessment of potential and eligibility
  2. Project plan – initial proposal and supporting documentation
  3. Subsidy application – preparation and submission
  4. Circular audit – analysis, flow mapping, and recommendations
  5. Support in obtaining subsidies for follow-up measures and assistance with implementation

  • You will receive an audit report identifying opportunities for financial and material savings, reduction of your carbon footprint, and the integration of new technologies.
  • Cost savings and increased efficiency
