Milan Svoboda

Milan is a Director within BDO’s Transaction advisory services based in our Prague office since 2017. Prior to joining BDO, Milan previously worked for more than 10 years in the transaction department of EY, where he was mainly in charge of the transaction projects and support for Private Equity and strategic investors. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, specialising in business economics and financial management.

He has worked on more than 200 projects in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Denmark and a number of Balkan countries. He specialises mainly in due diligence, support in purchase contracts, M&A and has participated in several valuation and restructuring projects.

In addition, he has experience in various sectors, primarily real estate, technology, pharmaceutical, media, industrial production and engineering.

He is also a co-founder of the Investors' Club in the Czech Republic (www.klubinvestoru.com).
